Shelly's Images Terrifically Thrilling Thursday: Something Sweet

I not only used paper layers here, but I also layered my image using a total of 3 images to combine into this one scene. The cat and pumpkins come in a set called Fall Friends.  Hey everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Shelly's Images. This week we want to see Something Sweet on your project! We have used Shelly's Mug Set image this week. On this card, I colored both the mat layer and ribbon with my ProMarker to match the mug. The flower is made with some fabric scraps I had.

Terrifically Thrilling Thursday at Shelly's Images

It's time for a new challenge over at Shelly's Images! This week our featured image is Baseball Glove and is on sale for a limited time in the Shelly's Images Store. Be sure to stop over at the Shelly's Images Blog to see what the rest of the Design Team has created!

Our challenge this week is "Back to School". Now, obviously my card is not a back to school card. During the month of August, we are transitioning from having two posts per week to only one. We used to post a featured image on one day and the challenge on another day. Shelly has decided to combine the two but we already had some projects on the calendar. Starting September, our featured images will line up with our challenges.

Shelly's Images Terrifically Thrilling Thursday: Hen and Sketch Challenge

Good morning all! Welcome to another week at Shelly's Images! We are changing things up a bit. Shelly has decided to switch our posting schedule to Thursdays so we can all share the weekly challenge with you. We used to do a featured image on Mondays and a challenge on Thursdays. Now the featured image will be combined with the challenge. For the month of August, things will be a little clumsy as we get our calendar straightened out. After August, our images will go along with the challenge.

This week I have two projects to share. both of the images you see today are offered at a $1.00 discount in the Shelly's Images Store today only. My first one here is our featured image this week called Hen. I did a simple tag. The background is kraft embossed and then sponged with chalk ink. I have also inlcuded hemp string and a strip of burlap.
