 Hey everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Shelly's Images. This week we want to see Something Sweet on your project! We have used Shelly's Mug Set image this week. On this card, I colored both the mat layer and ribbon with my ProMarker to match the mug. The flower is made with some fabric scraps I had.

Terrifically Thrilling Thursday at Shelly's Images

 Happy Thursday! It's time for a new challenge over at Shelly's Images and we want you to Show us What You Got! This is an anything goes challenge so be sure to link up this week. My image today is a coffee cup from Mug Set. I've colored it up with ProMarkers. This is my first attempt at an easel card. It is so easy, I can't believe I haven't tried it before! (tutorial) I have tried out a new fabric for my burnt edge flowers and it turned out beautifully. This is a satin that is so soft. I had to be quick with the flame because this stuff wanted to melt up fast! I made three flowers for the front that are about a half an inch across and a normal sized one for the inside that is about 2 inches across.

 My sentiment is from Bugaboo Stamps. The "ribbon" on the front and inside are actually a strip of matching satin with the edges burnt.

I love, love, love making flowers. As a young girl, I would never have admitted to even liking flowers because I was such a tomboy! Now, I can't get enough. :)

Terrifically Thrilling Thursday at Shelly's Images

Well, the whole blogger crash is frustrating. That will teach me to be saving my posts on my computer! I have no idea what challenges I've entered this card into, so, I apologize for those I've missed.

My image is Tulips from Shelly's images and my sentiment is from TLC Creations. Our challenge this week is bling! My bling isn't very blingy in the pictures. I have flatback rhinestones on the front and inside. I've distressed the edges of my cardstock and stitched inside and out. I colored my lace orange with my ProMarker and used a Fiskars border punch.
