Good morning all! I was asked to guest design at Phindy's Place for their paper piecing challenge! I chose to work with this adorable fairy called Flower Top Fairy Violet.

Bugaboo Guest Designer

Hi all! My DYSU teammate, Denise, and I are guest designing over at Bugaboo this week (they are also sponsoring the DYSU challenge this week). The theme is "Homecoming/School Colors". My daughter is currently going to school at Florida State University and it is also my Alma mater so I'm using garnet and gold - Go Noles! My daughter is also in the band and is majoring in music so this little guy seemed perfect for her card.

Hey everyone! Well, I'm really late with my post for DYSU as it was supposed to go up yesterday... so sorry about that! We have another nasty cold going around at my house and I am the latest victim.

This week I am using an awesomely detailed image from Hope Jacare. She has some beautiful things! I've colored it with ProMarkers. I freehanded the tree to look like the trees on the DP (which is A Walk In The Park by Echo Park). I've added gems from Pizzazz Aplenty and a sentiment from Raindrop Echo Designs.
